WHEN & HOW TO ORDER
Placing your order at least six weeks before your wedding day is ideal and you do not need to have your guest list or floor plan finalised to do so. The more time you can provide us with, the better. The hand-made nature of these pieces make them very fiddly and time consuming and even a heads-up to let us know your thinking of placing an order with us, helps us manage our workflow accordingly, to ensure we have plenty of time for an easy and stress-free process.
Once you place your order, we will be in touch to discuss your personalisation details and will provide you with a timeline, so we're both on the same page and you know exactly what to expect in terms of approval deadlines.
Please include your Wedding Date within the "Add a note to your order" box at Checkout.

Please be aware that any significant alterations to the layout and design of this Seating Plan (from what is pictured within this listing), may incur additional charges that will be communicated with you upon receipt of your personalisation details, or change requests.

PROCESS & TIMINGS
All my products are lovingly designed, handcrafted and made to order by me (Claudia).
Please allow up to 7 business days for design of your custom Seating Plan. You will then receive a design proof for approval. Please note, production of all personalised items does not commence until approval is received. Upon receipt of design approval, please allow an additional 2 weeks for dispatch. Once approval is received, your Seating Plan text is digitally cut out of adhesive vinyl, then each letter is hand-crafted into decals, that are then adhered to the board, also by hand. This product is not printed onto acrylic. It is created using a manual process that takes time and lots of love and care.
