Shipping policy
Postage Costs
Postage varies depending on the product/s purchased and is calculated at checkout. However it is capped at $37.00 for standard shipping, which includes tracking.
When will I receive my order?
Unless explicitly stated in the listing, all products are made-to-order and therefore take time. Most items take a minimum of three days to create and in the case of personalised orders, additional time needs to be factored in for custom designing, approvals and any amends.
Please allow a minimum of 3-7 business days for your order to be designed. Once approval from you is received, please then allow an additional 1-4 weeks, depending, for your order to be made. Your piece/s will then be dispatched and delivery timings then depend on Australia Post, or the Courier Service selected for your order, depending on your location.
Custom and larger bulk orders, can take much longer to produce. In the case of personalised marble coaster favours / place card orders, for example, a minimum of 4 weeks is usually required for production from receipt of final guest list, to completion.

Do you offer EXPRESS shipping?
Express shipping is available as a postage option, once you reach checkout.
Please note, Express postage does not equal express production. If you require your order urgently, please contact hello@delightinmedesigns.com.au. An additional rush order fee may apply.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! You have the option to select FREE local pick-up at check-out on all products, from Ryde, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
This option is included especially for any local orders that are required sooner, as the delivery of some larger products can take up to two weeks.
It also allows the opportunity for a face-to-face meet, typically with Claudia (The Founder, Director & Chief Creator of Delight in me Designs). After all the interaction you'll have with Claudia, on personalised orders in particular, this is always a bit of a special treat for her.
Will I be able to track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. If for some reason you don't receive your tracking email, please contact hello@delightinmedesigns.comm.au ASAP and it will be forwarded onto you.
How will you ship my order?
Orders are typically sent via Australia Post, but may also be sent via a Courier Service. You will be advised accordingly, along with your tracking number, once your order has been dispatched.

All products are shipped from Ryde, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Where do you ship to?
Anywhere Australia-wide.
