Production & Dispatch Timings

Unless explicitly stated in the listing, all products are made-to-order and therefore take time. Most items take a minimum of three days to create and in the case of personalised orders, additional time needs to be factored in for custom designing, approvals and any amends.

Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched and 5-6 business days (from date of dispatch) for delivery of your order. Depending on your location, delivery can be slower.

Custom and larger bulk orders, can take much longer to produce. In the case of personalised marble coaster favours / place card orders, for example, a minimum of 4 weeks is usually required for production from receipt of final guest list, to completion.

Please refer to individual product listings for details on production and postage timings. If you require your order more urgently than outlined within the respective product description, please contact hello@delightinmedesigns.com.a. An additional rush order fee may apply. 

Please note, all timings are estimates and the exact delivery date of your order can not be guaranteed. 

Rush Order Fee

Should your order be required more urgently than the turn-around time indicated within the individual product listing, please contact hello@delightinmedesigns.com.au as soon as possible. I will always do whatever I can to accommodate as much as possible and understand that there are times when tight timeframes are part and parcel with event planning! To be able to accommodate your rush order, an additional fee may apply. You will be notified of any additional charges in advance of proceeding with your order.  

Custom Order & Design Approval Process & Policy

All custom orders require a bespoke design. Please ensure you have included the necessary personalisation details as instructed within the individual product listing and at checkout. 

I will be in touch to confirm / clarify any requirements. You are also welcome to get in touch via hello@delightinmedesigns.com.au, should you have any queries. 

Once confirmed, you will receive a digital proof for approval, prior to any further production on your order. 

One round of consolidated changes is included. Any additional changes requested following this will incur extra charges.

Once approval is received, your order will be crafted accordingly and dispatched within the guide lead-times as indicated within the individual listing. 

Please note:

  • Production of your order does not progress (i.e. your order will not be made and therefore will not be able to be dispatched), unless approval is received.
  • Only one round of consolidated amends is included as part of your custom order. Should any further changes be required, additional fees may apply. 

Product Care

All Delight in me Designs products are handmade. Whilst great love and care is taken to ensure they're as durable as possible, no responsibility can be taken for any damage, or reasonable wear and tear.

Most items are supplied with specific product care information. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read and adhere to these recommendations, for maximum longevity. 

Coaster Care

To maximise the life of your personalised coasters, cleaning with a damp, non-abrasive cloth is recommended. Please note, these coasters are not dishwasher proof. They are a delicate, handmade product. With continued use, reasonable wear and tear should be expected. They should be handled with care and consideration should be given to the glassware, or mugs being used on them. The foil may discolour over time and extended use.

Payment

Payment is accepted securely through ShopifyPayments, or PayPal. You do not need to have an account with either of these payment gateways. You can still pay using a direct debit or credit card. 

Payment via direct debit is also accepted.
