PROCESS & TIMINGS
All my products are lovingly designed, handcrafted and made to order by me (Claudia).
Please allow up to 5 business days for design of all personalised items. You will receive a design proof for approval prior to making your piece/s. Please note, production and dispatch of all personalised items does not commence until approval is received.
Upon receipt of design approval, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for dispatch. If you require your item more urgently, please email hello@delightinmedesigns.com.au (ideally in advance of placing your order) and I will do whatever I can to assist.
